Our Story

For Duck’s Sake brings restaurant-quality Cantonese roast duck to every kitchen. Developed by the Chew-On-This group, our ducks goes through  pre-marination of myriad herbs and spices, a maltose bath for a beautiful roast colour and is dry-aged to deliver the most authentic flavours with minimal prep. Trusted by chefs, loved by foodies, and simple enough for anyone to prepare.

Our mission is to simplify tradition. We take the art of Cantonese duck, once reserved for skilled chefs and make it accessible through expertly marinated, dry-aged, halal ducks that guarantee consistency, reduce kitchen labour, and elevate menus with ease. Just roast and serve.
